This is a low-impact class with interval weight training. If you are able to march forward and step side to side, then this class is for you! This class will also help you develop stronger muscles in your chest, shoulders, biceps, and back by using light hand weights.
Toning, Abs and Pilates
This hour long class is a mix of weight training, abdominal workout, and core strengthening mat pilates. Weights and mats available.
Body Blend Fitness
This class will combine the practices of Yoga and Pilates, and help you increase your flexibility, core strength and balance without stress or strain. everyone is encouraged to work at their own level. Whether you've never experienced Yoga and or Pilates or you've taken many classes, you will enjoy this class and be challenged.
Barre Body Sculpt
Why are Barre classes so popular? Becuase they work! Barre classes use ballet and dance inspired conditioning exercises to sculpt the lean figure you've always wanted. All levels are welcome to join this challenging class, as modifications will be shown. Come prepared to work hard! Please bring 2-4 pound hand weights to class and a mat for reclining exercises.

This is a 30 minute class allowing you to sit the entire time while you strengthen, tone and become more flexible.
