If you want less impact on your joints and need to exercise or just like being in the water, then you might want to join this class. Other than it being very good for you, it’s a lot of fun!

General Information

  • If you have a noodle or water weights please bring them.
  • You may attend one class per week. Please note which day you will be attending and pay half the fee.

Did you Know?
  • Exercising in the water has many benefits you won’t get by doing “land” aerobics. When you exercise in the water,you lessen the stress and impact on your body because you are surrounded by water and are more buoyant.
  • When moving in water, you create a drag and that drag gives you more resistance, causing you to exert more energy and burn more calories!
